Licensed in Ghana and Nigeria and accredited by ARIPO, Sarah’s expertise encompasses patent law, due diligence, freedom to operate, and R&D investment and commercialization

Her academic prowess is evidenced by a diverse educational background, including an LLM in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Ghana, a Masters in Intellectual Property from Africa University, Zimbabwe, and an MSc in Food Chain Management from Imperial College, University of London. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ghana and a BSc in Biological Sciences from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.

As an Advisor and Associate Partner of the Africa Continetal Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Policy Network and a distinguished Patent Law lecturer at Kwame Nkrumah University, Sarah’s influence and dedication to advancing the field are unparalleled.
